Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Services. It does not apply to third-party sites or services linked from the Services, which have their own policies.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information you provide directly. Contact information (such as name, email, company, job title, and phone number) and the contents of inquiries you send us.
B. Information collected automatically. Device and usage data (such as browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, and referrers), approximate location derived from IP address, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies where enabled. For gated evaluations, we also record evaluator identity, agreement acceptance, selected workspace, access time, and security audit information.
C. Public-source information. We may use publicly available information for benchmarking and publications. We do not intend to collect non-public confidential information through public sources.
D. Customer content on the FabQEDTM platform. The FabQEDTM platform processes customer operational data (such as complaint, investigation, evidence, and execution records) on behalf of customer organizations under contract. That data is handled under the separate written confidentiality and data-handling terms of the applicable customer agreement (including any master services agreement and data processing agreement), which control over this Policy for that data. Do not submit confidential information through the public website; see Section 5 of the Terms of Use.
E. Model-assisted processing. If AI-assisted or model-assisted features are enabled, customer content may be processed by the approved AI configuration for the purpose of producing proposals, summaries, classifications, or other human-reviewable outputs. The applicable customer agreement and deployment configuration govern how that processing is operated, including within a customer-controlled environment.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate the Services; to improve the Services; to maintain safety, security, and integrity (including account access controls and audit records); and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not use customer confidential operational data to train shared models without explicit permission. Any product analytics, telemetry, or service-improvement use of customer content is governed by the applicable customer agreement and deployment configuration.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information to service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and support providers) under contract and only as applicable to the deployment configuration; to comply with legal obligations; to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services; and in connection with business transactions such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage through analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law or governed by a customer agreement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To exercise rights, contact us via the channels listed on our website.
9. International Data Transfers
Information may be processed in jurisdictions where we and our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Effective Date.
